The catalog available on the website is a visual representation of the inventory; actual pieces may present minor variations due to their age. The reservation of a lot is formalized through written confirmation of availability and acceptance of the specific conditions of each order.

The client agrees to use the rented pieces exclusively for the production declared at the time of reservation. Any change in the intended use must be notified in writing. The client is responsible for the custody and care of the furniture during the rental period, including protection against damage, loss, or theft. It is not permitted to modify, repair, or restore the pieces without express authorization from Gorentantiques.

Delivery and pickup logistics are coordinated through our booking platform. The client must provide an accessible and secure reception location. Returns must be made on the agreed date and time; late returns may incur additional charges. A joint inspection of the condition of the pieces is mandatory at the time of return. Any damage not reported at that time will be the client's responsibility.

Gorentantiques shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or production interruption arising from the use of the rented pieces. The maximum liability of Gorentantiques in any case is limited to the rental value paid for the affected lot. The pieces are delivered in the condition described in the inventory; the client must verify their condition before use. We do not offer a warranty of suitability for a specific use beyond the catalog description.

The images and descriptions in the catalog are the property of Gorentantiques. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use these images for purposes other than selecting pieces for their production. Photographs taken during filming that include the rented pieces may be used by Gorentantiques for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gorentantiques reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect 30 days after publication. The client may terminate the website usage agreement at any time by written notice. In the event of a breach of these terms, Gorentantiques may suspend or cancel access to the service without prior notice.
